MarathiMati.com Brand, Logo & Image Use Policy

By accessing, downloading, copying, or using any logos, brand assets, photographs, or graphics ("Images") owned by MarathiMati.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Usage Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, copy, or use any Images without prior written authorization signed by an authorized representative of MarathiMati.com.

1. Scope of Limited License

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, MarathiMati.com grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the Images solely in whole for legitimate editorial, news reporting, press coverage, or educational purposes.

Personal & Non-Transferable: This right is granted individually to you and cannot be sublicensed, reassigned, shared, or transferred to any third party.
Integrity of Asset: The Image must be displayed in its entirety as provided.

2. Strict Restrictions & Prohibited Uses

No Commercial Use: Images may not be used to promote, market, or sell any product, service, or technology. Usage in advertisements, marketing brochures, book covers, stock photography databases, merchandise (e.g., t-shirts, printed items), or promotional campaigns is strictly prohibited.
No Modifications: You may not crop, edit, retouch, stretch, recolor, apply filters to, or otherwise alter or modify the Image, in whole or in part, for any reason.
No False Affiliation: You may not use any Image in a manner that falsely implies endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or official approval by MarathiMati.com.
No Unlawful Use: Images must not be used in connection with libelous, defamatory, obscene, misleading, or unlawful content.

3. Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights

MarathiMati.com retains sole, full, and exclusive ownership, title, and copyright in and to all Images, logos, and brand assets. Nothing in this Agreement conveys any ownership interest or intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited editorial license explicitly granted herein.

4. Mandatory Attribution & Proprietary Notices

Attribution Requirement: Every published use of an Image must be accompanied by explicit credit next to or embedded within the publication (e.g., "Source / Logo: MarathiMati.com").
Preservation of Legends: You shall not delete, alter, hide, or obfuscate any copyright notices, watermarks, digital rights management metadata, or proprietary legends associated with the Images.

5. Revocation & Termination of Right

MarathiMati.com reserves the right to terminate or revoke permission to use its Images at any time, with or without cause. Upon receiving notice of revocation, you must immediately cease all use and permanently remove, delete, or destroy all electronic and physical copies of the Images in your possession.
